Yes. Vendor information will be provided upon request.

What are your cancellation policies?

You can cancel with no charges for up to one month before the event. We are entitled to charge 25% of the total price if cancellation is done within the month of the event.

What are the major accommodations in and around the venue?

The areas around the venue are some of the major tourist attractions and are home to several luxurious and economically viable accommodations. A few of them are Novotel Bheemili, Radisson Blue, Sai Priya, Sierra Beach resort, Chilukuri Gardens etc. We also have posh private service apartments available within proximity.

Do you have a separate parking space around the venue?

Yes, we have private reserved parking for nearly 120 cars within the property and space for another 300 cars outside the venue.
